I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The sheets had stains, and the carpet felt sticky under my feet. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not properly cleaned during my entire visit.

The room had a clean and comfortable temperature, but the TV did not work, and the bathroom had active black mold. I expected better service regarding the faulty TV.

We had a nice time here as a family, especially enjoying the clean, comfy beds. The breakfast-to-go option was a great convenience for our early start, allowing us to hit the road with food in hand. Everyone was super friendly, making us feel welcome.

My kids wished for a better breakfast setup for families. Maybe adding some seating for families would make the dining experience more enjoyable.

Springfield's culinary scene doesn't disappoint! I stumbled upon a gem at Ruby Tuesday, where the savory smoked meats had me drooling. Not to mention the nearby Wings Etc—with wings that are simply next level! The location of Quality Inn is a sweet spot too, making it easy to grab a bite after a long day.

The vibe at breakfast took a wild turn when a female staffer got into a shouting match. And despite the pool being advertised, it remained a green mess—definitely not the splish-splash I was hoping for!

The only highlight of my stay was Andrea, the morning clerk. Her kindness and helpfulness made a lasting impression amidst an otherwise frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy a single aspect of this hotel beyond the interaction with Andrea.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost on my first stay. Always a great experience!

The bathroom wasn't up to standard. it had a sticky floor and there was mold present on the shower ceiling. The TV cable didn't work, and the internet connection was spotty at best. The lack of hand towels was disappointing too, as they had given me several washcloths instead. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and I don't usually expect such problems from this chain. However, my experience with the staff was encouraging, as they seemed genuinely interested in helping.
